Hello, it's August 2010...
Choro Ensemble is getting together again to play a couple of concerts at Zinc Bar this month. We'll be joined by two friends and special guests Dennis Lichtman (Mandolin) and Rob Curto (Accordion) respectively on the 4th and 12th. It's one (actually two) great chance to hear this genre of Brazilian Music at one of the best live music venues in NYC.

Myself, Clay Ross, and Rob Curto are working long hours on Matuto Trio. We are sight to bring this to you. We'll be playing a few concerts out of town and can't wait to play it in NYC. Keep an ear on us.

Sambatown! is bringing another night of Samba to Brooklyn on August 14 at Barbes. You that have been there with us, I'm expecting to see you again and you that never made yet, it is a good call. Irka Mateo Band is playing an early show, 7PM at Joe's Pub on August 14.
